To provide assistance with a customer's initial enquiry, we employ a sales team based at our Lancashire factory. We also employ a team of UK Technical Sales Engineers that provide on-site surveys, technical advice, formal quotation and no-obligation machine trials.
Riggs Autopack service engineers will deliver, install and commission your ordered machine at a mutually agreed time and date. Standard delivery is Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery is available upon request at an extra charge.
With the appropriate annual servicing and maintenance, our depositors and filling machinery will provide decades of outstanding performance. Our team of service engineers provide on-site support for customers based in the UK and Republic of Ireland; this includes planned maintenance visits, staff training, and engineer call-out.
We provide a 12 month warranty on our machines and manufacture spare parts for stock. Our stores department holds a full range of standard spare parts and seal kits for our machines, and we're able to dispatch at short notice to national and international customers.
